Sonos app brings all your content and settings together in one place for effortless, intuitive control of the Era 100 and any other Sonos speakers in your home. Trueplay™ speaker tuning for optimal soundWith a tap in the Sonos app, Trueplay™ tuning technology uses the built-in microphone array to analyse the sonic characteristics of your room and listening space and then optimises the speaker’s EQ to ensure the best possible performance. Integrated voice controlA built-in far-field microphone array lets you control your speaker using either Amazon Alexa and Sonos Voice Control. Amazon Alexa compatibility lets you use your Sonos speakers to issue voice commands to smart home devices like lights, locks, and security systems. Privacy with a tapEasily deactivate your voice assistants by tapping the speech bubble on top of the speaker. Other mic-enabled features like Trueplay™ will still work. If you would rather disable voice control permanently just flick the switch on the rear of the speaker. Compatible with Apple AirPlay 2The Era 100 has AirPlay 2 built in. That means you can stream audio directly from your iPhone®, iPad®, or Mac® computer through your Sonos system, a useful upgrade when watching YouTube® videos or enjoying a Netflix binge.
